INTRODUCTION
[1] Stated one of the Qutubists of the West, in his attack against the Imaams
of the Salaf and their followers, "Another manifestation of the new world order
in which we find ourselves and to which I and other brothers have commented on
this forum for the past few years is the re-interpretation of concepts of
the Islamic religion in order to support the new world order in the name of
the Sunna and Salafiya... Also among their deviant concepts was that
the removal of the sharia and its replacement by secular law was only a sin,
albeit kufr duna kufr" [1]
[2] This particular individual was also amongst those
instrumental in spreading the slander and mighty fabrication against Imaam
al-Albani that he is Murji in his aqeedah, culminating in his ignorant
followers in the UK who have knowledge of neither Arabic and nor the sciences
of the Shariah in accusing Imaam al-Albani of the Irjaa of Jahm Ibn
Safwaan.[2]
[3] It was also this particular individual who promoted the
innovation of Tawheed ul-Haakimiyyah, pouring his wrath on anyone who spoke
against it, stating, "Now somebody might ask, of the four types of Tawheed
that they mentioned, Tawheed ur-Ruboobiyyah, Tawheed ul-Ibadah, Tawheed
ul-Asmaa was-Sifaat, and Tawheed al-Haakimiyyah - why did they pay so
much attention to Tawheed al-Haakimiyyah. What is the secret behind this?
The secret behind this is because those who have falsely attributed these ideas
to as-Salafiyyah, have tried to argue that Tawheed al-Haakimiyyah is not from
Tawheed - and that to say "Tawheed al-Haakimiyyah", some of them have said
that this is a bid'ah -and some of them have said that this should be
reduced to the principles of fiqh." (Advice to the Salafis of the UK 1996). [3]
IMAAM IBN BAZ ON TABEEL
Imaam Ibn Baaz was asked: "Is replacement (of the Shariah)
with the secular laws (tabdeel ul-qawaaneen) considered to be major kufr that
expels from the religion?".
He replied: "When he makes it permissible (istibaaha). When
he makes it permissible to judge with a law other than the Shariah he becomes a
disbeliever with the major kufr if he makes that permissible. As for when
he does that for specific reasons, out of disobedience to Allaah, for the sake
of bribery, or pleasing somebody, and knows that this is haraam, then this is
kufr doona kufr (the minor kufr).
As for when he does it while declaring it lawful (mustahillan lahu),
then this is major kufr. As Ibn Abbaas said concerning the saying of Allaah the
Most High, "And whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed, such
are the Kâfirûn (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as they do not act on
Allâh's Laws)". (Al-Ma'idah 5:44) so he said, "This is not like the one who
disbelieves in Allaah, but it is the minor kufr (kufr doona kufr)".
Meaning, "when he declares it lawful (istahalla) to judge by the secular law,
or declares it lawful to judge with such and such, and likewise, [when he makes
it lawful] to judge with such and such Shareeah, then he is a kaafir."
Then the questioner said: "Is there a difference between
replacement (tabdeel) and between ruling in a particular issue? Tabdeel O
Shaikh?"
To which the Shaikh replied: "If he does not
desire (lam yaqsud) Istihlaal (making it lawful) by that
[4], but did it due to some
other reasons, then this is kufra doona kufr (the minor kufr). As for when he
says, There is no harm in judging by what Allaah has revealed, even if he said
that the Shareeah is better, however, he says, there is no harm in this, it is
permissible, he is declared a disbeliever on account of that with the major
kufr, regardless of whether he says that the Shareeah is still better, or it is
equal to the Shareeah, or that it is better than the Shareeah, then all of
this is (major) disbelief."
The questioner said: "Meaning, this ruling (that you have
explained) encompasses both tabdeel (replacement of the Shareeah) and other
than tabdeel. It covers all of the types?"
The Shaikh replied: "It ecompasses all of the
forms, it is in all of the forms

This quotation from Imaam Ibn Baaz needs no further
comment, save that this is what we hold as our religion before Allaah - holding
that, not to support the New World Order - as we have been slandered with - and
may Allaah bring the criminals to justice - but because it is the strongest
viewpoint, in light of all the evidences and Sharee'ah principles, and because holding on to other than this viewpoint necessitates performing
takfeer of the Innovators who make tabdeel of the deen of Allaah, let alone the
subscribers to the four madhhabs amongst the Muqallidah.

NOTES
[1] Stated by Ali Timimi in one of his past outbursts on the Internet.
[2] Such as Abu Zubair al-Azzami, who readily admits his crime against the
Noble Imaam Al-Albani, and who then proceeds to refute the Noble Imaam's students with his pseudo-scholarship and lies.
[3] This particular individual has now
decided to preach the categorisation of Ibn al-Qayyim and which his followers
and partners promote about him (trying to hide the fact that they promoted this
bidah that was vilified by the Imaams of the Era). What is even more disturbing
is that his sidekick, Idris Palmer, in his typical flawed style, then proceeds
to make such a pathetic and ridiculous defence of his partner being nothing
short of a pusillanimous blunder, saying, after he was faced with Ali Timimis
promotion of this innovation:
"To which I say, go back to the tapes and quote Ali verbatim. It
will be apparent that neither he said al-Haakimiyyah is the fourth category or
that Ibn Baz said so. The declaration states as follows (and I quote):
The tawhid of Allah is achieved
by:
- Believing in Allah's Oneness in His Lordship
(Rububiyah) by singling [Him] out in [His] Sovereignty, Creation, and
Dominion.
- Believing that He alone is to be worshipped and
purifying all worship to Him in all its forms.
- Believing in the Uniqueness of His Names and
Attributes, by describing Him as He described Himself and as His Messenger e
described Him, without tashbih, ta'til, takyif, tahrif, ta'wil, or tajhil; and
by believing Him in all what He has informed, that it is really and truly as
how He informed, in general in those passages that are general and in specific
in those passages that are specific.
- Singling out Allah in [His]
Sovereignty (hakimiyah) by placing forward Allah's Judgment and that of His
Messenger and [by placing forward] obedience to Allah and to His Messenger over
the obedience shown to anyone else and judgment given by anyone else. It is
impermissible for anyone to step outside of that. Allah-ta'ala-has said:
Judgement belongs only to Allah. (12:40)
And: And He associates
in His rule no one. (18:62)
And: But no, by the Lord! they will not
believe till they make you the judge regarding the disagreement between them.
(4:65).
'Allama Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Al al-Shaikh-may Allah be merciful
with him-has said in his work, Tahkim al-Qawanin (Judging to Laws): To judge to
the sharia [alone] and nothing else is the twin half of worshipping Allah
[alone] and no one else.
While 'Allama al-Shinqiti-May Allah be merciful with
him-has said: To commit shirk with Allah in judging is of the same meaning as
to commit shirk in His worship, there is no difference between the two in any
manner. There is no difference in any sense between he who follows a system
(nizam) other than Allah's system or law other than Allah's law (sharia) and
he who worships an idol or prostrates to a false god. They are the same and
both are polytheists [associating others] with Allah. (Adwa' al-Bayan,
7:162)
The authors of the declaration mentioned four distinct matters and Ibn
Baz approved. No one has said Tawhid is to be divided into 2, 3, 4 or 40
categories! And as brother Abuz-Zubair has shown, Ali normally teaches Tawhid
as two categories tawhid in belief and tawhid in deed." End of Idris
Palmers defence.
Now, isnt it amazing that Idris Palmer was the one who promoted the book financed by
the Jahmi Zindeeq, Saqqaaf, which accused some of the students of Imaam al-Albani
of being thieves and misquoting and clipping and distorting materials.
And here he is, quoting what was read out by his partner, up until the point
that he actually does speak of 4 categories of Tawheed, conveniently omitting
this part, (refer to what has been quoted above in the introduction in point [3]
- this paragraph occurs immediately after where Idris Palmer, finished
quoting!!!). This is a calamity indeed
And notice his trickery dickery, when he says, "The declaration states as
follows (and I quote):
"!!!
So now he is quoting, from the declaration and does not conveniently quote from
his partners words, despite his brave challenge in the very same
breath, "To which I say, go back to the tapes and quote Ali verbatim".
Which is exactly what has been done above.
And notice how Ali Timimi is described as "normally teaching Tawheed
in two categories"?!!Maybe there was too much arrogance to readily admit their propagation of an innovation that is essential to the Qutubi Manhaj!!
As for the accusation against Imaam Ibn Baaz, then when you start saying that the Kuwaitis gave so much emphasis to "Tawheed ul-Haakimiyyah" and then mention "four" categories of Tawheed and then revile those who say that to say "Tawheed ul-Haakimiyyah" is an innovation and is only spoken of by an innovator, and you portray to the listeners that the declaration endorses all this and speaks with it and defends it and so on and then at the end, you state that Imaam Ibn Baaz has endorsed every single word in the declaration - giving the impression to all and sundry that he has approved of this innovation - then this is indeed a great deception and lie.
It is pitiful to see such two faced hypocrisy towards the Salafis, and then
even worse, to their Imaams, the likes of Imaam Ibn Baaz who is accused of
holding onto a deviant concept, and spreading it in order to support the New
World Order, disguising it as the beliefs of Salafiyyah and then their two
faced hypocrisy towards Imaam al-Albani, accusing him of being a Jahmi,
and then using the books financed by the Jahmis in order to defame his
students!!!
And here are some words of the Khariji of the UK, Abdullaah Faisal"...
The students and admirers of these wicked scholars, are also kaffirs as well. They travel all over the world and get payed handsomely from the Apostate Saudi Regime to propagate the aqeedah that lends credence to "Kufr dun al Kufr" and to remain quiet and give silent consent to the tyrants and oppressors who have attempted to overthrow Allahs governance on earth!!
..."
And what is the lecture called?? "The Devils Deception of the Murji'ah"!!
Indeed, the fountain and spring of Ahl ul-Bid'ah is the one and same!!!
And then to make matters worse, you have their little sidekick, Abu Zubair,
trying to cover up the clear promotion of innovation occuring from his mentors,
showing great deceit and treachery in his cover-up operation - as has been
outlined above - and then proceeding to throw stones at the students of the Imaam and Muhaddith he labelled a Jahmi!!
Allaahu Akbar. May Allaah guide them away from their
allegiance to the Innovators and the extremism of their Irjaa' in defending the Innovators, the Mockers of the Prophets, the Mukaffireen of the Companions of Allah, the Slanderers of the Caliphs of Islaam, the Callers to Unity with the Rafidah - and bring them back to the Imaams of the Salaf. Ameen.
[4] The Qutubis have already ascribed to Imaam Ibn Baz that he held
onto deviant concepts and supported the New World Order, we wonder how long it will be before they accuse him of being a
Murji and Jahmi too!! Due to his speaking with "qasd" and
"istihlaal"?!
